A Different Approach to Pressure and Flow Control
Equilibar® technology is designed with an innovative multi-orifice flow path and a simple, flexible diaphragm as a control mechanism. The diaphragm responds directly to pilot pressure on the dome, allowing the valve to react instantaneously to changing process conditions while delivering precise control across a wide operating range, typically 100 times greater than industry norms.

Equilibar designs back pressure regulators, vacuum regulators, and control valve technologies for research and industry. The products are known for their precise and responsive control in applications involving extreme pressures and temperatures, wide flow rate ranges, corrosive media, very low flow rates, mixed-phase flow, supercritical fluids, and sanitary bioprocessing. With dome-loaded technology, a gas is fed to the dome and controlled by a second regulator called a pilot regulator, which can be manual for simplicity or electronic for easy automation.
