"No two applications look the same here. A customer calls with something they need their process to do, and my job is to figure out the right valve for it. You're not pulling something off a shelf — you're matching the solution to how they actually work.
 
The range is what keeps it interesting: food production one morning, biopharma the next, then oil and gas, energy, pulp and paper. You never stop learning. And knowing a customer walked away with exactly what their process needed — that's what makes it rewarding."
