Richards Industries is ready to become the next SMART factory – with the help of Forcam Force. Bob Luthy, Safety and Lean Manager, is working with Forcam Force to reduce downtime, trouble-shoot faster and more efficiently, and lower inventory, logistics and warehouse costs through just in time product.
ForCam Force is helping machine operators, plant managers and management access the right information to help make meaningful decisions. Data collected from the machines and product lines can be leveraged for exact analysis of planned and actual progress. Specific Key Performance Indicators consolidate and transform Big Data to Smart Data and help identify areas for improvement without having to review long data spreadsheets.

Richards Industries teamed up with Forcam Force to help answer these questions:

Shop employees Brandon Woods, Bobby Story, Dennis Schlachter Jr. and RJ Stanfield are currently learning the Shop Floor Terminal. The software package allows us the ability to see orders thru the manufacturing process and shows progress & data that allows us to make improvements along the way.
