Richards Industries is currently investing in all our front line managers – working with The Definity University Frontline Leader Certificate Course (FLCC), which teaches Frontline Leaders nine fundamental leadership competencies focused on People, Process, and Performance.
Twenty-five of our leaders have attended the two-day class to date, with an additional 10 scheduled to attend in February. The certificate course will give our leaders some new skills and tools that they can begin using the day they return to work! “We believe one of the most important things we can do to impact employee satisfaction is to invest in their careers and their future,” says Cheryl Neiheisel, VP Human Resources, “which is why we are investing a significant budget of time and money for our folks.”
