Jordan Valve's Mark 90 Cavity Filled Ball Valve
The Mark 90 Series is a sanitary ball valve designed with FDA approved cavity filler seats and quick disconnect ends to minimize pockets where media can collect. The inner diameters and end connections are exactly the same size as the ID of the ball/seat ensuring no obstruction of flow from tubing through the valve.
The Mark 90 is authorized to bear the 3A symbol.
In sizes 1/2" through 4", the Mark 90 has "tube ID design" to provide unobstructed flow and better drainage. Pressure ratings are up to 900 psi.
The Mark 90 has a lockable handle which prevents accidental opening or closing of the valve. It is designed for simple maintenance with in-line repairable features.
The Mark 90 is available as a manual valve or actuated (pneumatic or electric) valve.
The Mark 90 is designed for applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare/cosmetics, food & beverage, specialty chemical, low pressure clean steam, purified water, SIC/CIP, process gases and clean air systems.
