| Bruce Broxterman - President |

Bruce Broxterman worked for Richards Industries from 1980 to 1998 moving from Inside Sales Correspondent through the ranks to Executive Vice President of Sales as well as President of International Sales. He returned to Richards Industries in 2005 when he was appointed President. Bruce received a Liberal Arts Degree from Kenyon College and has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). |

| Jason Cooper - CFO/Vice President Accounting and MIS |

Jason Cooper has been a part of the Richards Industries team since 1996. After working as the Accounting Department Manager for several years, Jason became Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Accounting and MIS in 2000. He earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He went on to earn a MBA from Xavier University. He serves the community as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Hyde Park Center for Older Adults. |

| Charles Page - Vice President Inside Sales and Customer Support |

Charles Page graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a degree in Marketing and has a MBA from IWU. Charles came to Richards Industries after 14 years of service as a Tank Officer with the US Marine Corps. Leaving the service as Major and Gulf War veteran, he started with Richards Industries in 1996 as a Purchasing Buyer working up to Vice President of Materials. He was asked to take on the position of Vice President of Inside Sales and Customer Support due to his leadership, customer relations and process analysis skills. |

| Bill Metz - Vice President Operations |

Bill Metz joined the Richards Industries' management team as Vice President of Operations. He comes to Richards with 21 years of experience in the industrial valve manufacturing arena for a local company, the last nine years of which he was Vice President of Operations. Bill earned his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Xavier University. |

| Tony George - Senior Executive Vice President Engineering |

Tony George acquired his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from London University and a Masters degree from Marquette University. He joined the Richards's team in 1986 as Vice President of Engineering and Quality Assurance. He has served Richards Industries as Director of Manufacturing and as President. Tony has had numerous accomplishments including Chairman of the ISA Committee on Control Valve Flow Sizing Standards and United States Representative to the IEC committee responsible for International Control Valve Standards. He has been awarded seven patents and has published a significant number of industry technical papers and articles. |

| Cheryl Koopman - Vice President Human Resources, Director Community Affairs |

Cheryl Koopman earned her Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati and her Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She began her career with Richards Industries in 1997 as a Human Resources Assistant working her way up to Vice President. Cheryl is very active in the community as a member of the Hyde Park Neighborhood Council, involved with the Oakley Community Council, an active participant in the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and co-founder of the Hyde Park Blast. |

| Pat Simpson - Vice President Information Processing |

Pat Simpson has lived in Cincinnati all her life, completing numerous management training classes at Xavier and University of Cincinnati. Pat joined Richards Industries in 1973 as a receptionist then moved to the Data Processing Department. In 1994, the Pat was appointed Manager of the Information Processing Department. Pat was appointed Vice President of Information Processing in 2003. |
